Greetings from Finland, 500cc cylinder, turbo garrett t15 etc.. project is on the make, few things needs to be done.

Any room for an intercooler?

there is room for intercooler in front bumper area but for me its a nono, turbo-kit will be out of cops eyes ;)
comp ratio is dropped to about 9:1 whit extra gasket(aluminium) under the cylinder, im also going to use e85 fuel(85% ethanol, 106oct, lower burning temps etc..), boost pressure is going to be max 1bar, whit these combinations im hoping that i dont need any cooling systems.
but if it looks like that it needs cooling or i want more pressure :headbang: im going to install water-injection kit to have lower boost air temps.
right now im working on lots of fuel-, carb pressuring-, oil- etc lines, few meters of tubing :hmmm:
i think the first start will be after few weeks..

pulling the lines is almost half way done, also got the wastegate actuator mounted in its place(its hiding under the plastics, you can only see the axle of it going to where its at)
couple weeks pause on the make, its summer vacation time now :sunny:

well in normal case yes, im going to Lapland fishing so it aint possible :cry: , after that trip the rest of my vacation is boosting the Dinli :whip:

little bit of electrics and oil-lines next, then it is time to start her up, hopefully little or none air/fuel adjusting will get it working properly to to see how it feels like.

Hopefully i have it running in a week.
I have no idea how much power it will make, it really depends how it will work, or does it even work :cry: , well the dinli 450 whit intake/exhaust/dynojet mods is about 45hp,
im hoping to having it building boost quikly and whit 0,5bar, maybe +60whp :hmmm: , no idea.
i will have it dynoed when(if) ewerything works fine ;)

pump is in the same place where the stock one was, regulator is in petcocks place and fuel-pressure gauge is on top of it(not mounted yet), petcock and the fuel-filter are on the other side.

Its running but there is some problems, i will definitely sort them out.

made some major changes between the turbo and the cylinder head, the boost is about 8psi after mid-range and all i can say that this shit rips!!

Nice work, but hard to see on the vids how good it goes.

Been working with this re85-fuel, its good ()p .
The first testride was with rich mixture and results was nice, it made the turbo spool a bit earlier and the boost-pressure raised from 1bar to 1.3bar :headbang: .Wastegate needs some adjusting.
We also took my guad and my friends stock-dinli 450 to a scale,
mine 223kg, his 227kg... he wasnt happy about the results :lol:
More videos are to come, drag-racing+hillclimbing with modded banshee, stroked raptor and stock dinli450...

Not much, noticed some clutch slipping in about 120km/h 8) , rear tyres slipping with smaller gears :headbang:

Raptor 700 stock slip-on. Modded to fit on my dinli and to flow much better.

thanks,. it is totally different machine compared to what it was before.
i dont know what fuel pump i have, there isnt any numbers or marks in it, it came with the other turbo parts when i bought them used.
fuel regulator is malpassi with return line, malpassi lotus maybe..

Few of my friends have also asked that question and it took about 1000euros so far, next i need to buy a barnett-clutch and it costs 200euros.
Most of the parts came with a raptor 350 bolt-on turbo-kit wich i bought and modded to fit dinli, i got it wery cheap, almost free, it was a really good deal..rest of the moneys have gone to silicone hoses, oil lines, hose clamps, keihin carb, jets etc..
I havent got a chance to film drag racing with my friens "stock" dinli but ill try it next time when we go driving.

3mm thick gasket, it is pretty big because 500cc+450cc cylinder head gets the comp ratio really high, over 13:1 if i remember it right.

Nice ()p I dont like electronics so i went for the old-school way with my setup.
Does the megasquirt use much amperes? I hope that the dinlis charge system is enough for yous system..
I just installed stiffer clutch springs, after a small test ride it feels like the clutch is holding fine.
